Itinerary

1

Day 1

Assemble at CSMIA-T2, Mumbai to board a flight to Zurich. Upon arrival at Zurich International Airport board coach and proceed to an Indian restaurant for dinner followed by check-in to the hotel and overnight stay in Zurich.

Day 2

Post breakfast, proceed to explore the Novartis Campus.

Following architects have contributed to the campus architecture Diener & Diener kicked things off in 2005, followed by SANAA and Peter Märkli (both 2006), Marco Serra (2007), Vittorio Magnago Lampugnani and Adolf Krischanitz (both 2008), Frank O. Gehry, José Rafael Moneo Vallès and Fumihiko Maki (all 2009), Tadao Ando, David Chipperfield and Yoshio Taniguchi (all 2010), Eduardo Souto de Moura and Álvaro Siza (both 2011), Rahul Mehrotra (2013), Juan Navarro Baldeweg (2014) and Herzog & de Meuron (2015).

After lunch, visit Vitra Design Museum dedicated to the research and presentation of design, past and present, and examines its relationship to architecture, art and everyday culture. Every year, the Vitra Design Museum organises up to ten exhibitions on a wide range of topics about design and architecture, which are shown in the main building by Frank Gehry, in the Schaudepot by Herzog & de Meuron and in other locations on the Vitra Campus.

Next, cover prominent places such as Exhibition Center Basel The central architectural urban feature of the hall complex, developed by Herzog & de Meuron.

Post dinner at an Indian restaurant, proceed to the hotel for an overnight stay in Zurich .

Day 3

Post breakfast, check-out from the hotel & proceed to visit Laurenz-Stiftung Schaulager Museum built in 2002/2003 under commission of the Laurenz Foundation, it was designed by the renowned architectural office of Herzog & de Meuron.

Later visit the offices of Herzog & de Meuron Architects.

Next visit The Rolex Learning Centre, EPFL Campus Laussane.

Later proceed to Milan & post dinner at an Indian restaurant check-in to the hotel for overnight stay in Milan.

Day 4

Post breakfast visit, The Roche Towers, designed by architects Herzog & de Meuron, can rightly be viewed as a modern landmark of Basel – but as the tallest office buildings in Switzerland & Basel SBB Station- designed by architects Herzog & de Meuron.

Later proceed to visit Triennale and explore an exhibition titled “Towards a More Equal Future” by The Norman Foster Foundation, where they will present a series of seven projects that explore the theme of Triennale 2025.

Evening, free to explore Corso Buenos Aires- the famous shopping street
which spans almost a kilometer. Dinner at an Indian restaurant and overnight stay in Milan.

Day 5

Post early breakfast, Politecnico di Milano for an idea exchange session and campus tour.
Later visit Apple Store Piazza Liberty by Fosters+Partners, Reinvention of a classic Italian piazza to create a new kind of Apple store, Visit Milan Cathedral and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II
Dinner & overnight stay in Milan.

Day 6

Post breakfast, checkout and proceed to Venice.

Visit La Biennale di Venezia, which focuses on contemporary art, and includes events for art, contemporary dance, architecture, cinema, and theatre. Check-in to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay in Venice

Day 7

Post early breakfast, checkout & Visit La Biennale di Venezia, which focuses on contemporary art, and includes events for art, contemporary dance, architecture, cinema, and theatre.
Late afternoon, proceed to Milan for dinner & overnight stay.

Day 8

Post early breakfast, checkout & proceed to Milan International Airport to board a flight back to your hometown.
