Day 1 of Hospitality Study Tour

Board flight and arrive at Airport, Moscow
Transfer to Hotel. Post lunch at Indian Restaurant start for a city tour.
Visit the famous Red Square, the nerve center of Russia since the time of Tsars.
Later visit the seat of power – Kremlin and the nearby St Basil’s Cathedral.
Transfer to hotel and stay at hotel.

Day 2 of Hospitality Study Tour

After early breakfast, start with culinary institute for an interactive session by Russian Culinary Experts.
In the evening dress in your best gowns & tuxedos for an evening at Bolshoi
theatre enjoying the plays, acts, Opera, Ballets dances, etc
Stay at the hotel.

Day 3 of Hospitality Study Tour

Post breakfast visit Culinary School for interaction / Demonstration
with renowned Chefs of international repute.
Later visit International Bartender Institute, a visit to learn the craft of bartending and experience of professionals from throughout Russia. A live demonstration and Q & A session by experts.
Post lunch at Indian restaurant visit the historic 15th century Arbat street known
for its Cafes, Shopping areas and local souvenir shops.
Transfer to hotel and stay at hotel.

Day 4 of Hospitality Study Tour

Post early lunch start for Distillery Tour.
Later visit Gorky Park overlooking the Moskva river. A Moscow Metro tour in the evening
to experience the world’s most swanky and efficient metro system with a palace like interiors,
Soviet-era chandeliers at most underground stations.
Post dinner at restaurant transfer to Leningradsky Railway station.
Board overnight train to St Petersburg

Day 5 of Hospitality Study Tour

Arrive in Saint Petersburg, popularly known as ‘Venice of North’. Transfer to
hotel.
Later visit Hospitality Institute for idea exchange on various
catering, hospitality and tourism business.
In the evening visit State Hermitage Museum enclosing the gigantic winter palace
of Peter the great, old & new Hermitage palace. Later free time for shopping &
leisure at Nevsky Prospekt, the city’s famous evening get together street.

Day 6 of Hospitality Study Tour

Post early lunch start for a city tour in St Petersburg famous City Cruises.
Famous attractions to be covered are as follows
 St.Michael’s Castle
 Peter and Paul Fortress
 The Bronze Horseman
 Admiralty
 Mariinsky Theatre
 Drawbridge of St Petersburg
 Canals tour
Evening free for leisure & shopping

Post breakfast whole day at leisure.

Day 8 of Hospitality Study Tour

Post breakfast at hotel visit Divo Ostrov or similar, an amusement park in the city.
Enjoy thrill& adventure rides.
Evening spend at English Embankment street known as a shopping destination
and the Potsuluev Bridge also known as ‘Kissing Bridge’ folklore of romance and
happy memories in the city of St Petersburg
Transfer to the railway station to board the train to Moscow. Overnight to Moscow
