Itinerary

1

Day 1:

Assemble at the airport to board a flight for at Heathrow International Airport, London.

Upon arrival, board the coach & transfer to the hotel for check-in.

After fresh & change and post breakfast, visit the Science Museum known for its world-class collection forming an enduring record of scientific, technological and medical advancements from across the globe.

  • Visit to Wonderlab: Interactive Gallery – Spread across seven different zones, there’s loads of opportunity to interact with real scientific phenomena. See lightning strike before your eyes, play with forces on giant slides or travel through space under a canopy of stars.
  •  3D IMAX Theatre: Featuring a massive 24-meter (79-foot) screen and state-of-the-art 4K laser projection, it brings subjects like space, deep-sea exploration, and prehistoric life to life in stunning clarity. Popular films include “A Beautiful Planet 3D”, “Antarctica 3D”, and “Deep Sea 3D.

After lunch at the local cafeteria, visit the Natural History Museum– famous for its vast collection of specimens, including dinosaurs, gemstones and meteorites.

  • Introduction to insects and their importance to humans.
  •  Introduction to a problem facing a farmer which could lead to the farmer losing part of their livelihood or lead to more expensive fruit in shops.
  •  Classifying insects and sorting real samples.
  • Interpret samples to explore the problem and the ecology on the farm.
  • Apply what has been learned to think through solutions to the farmer’s problem.

Later, proceed to an Indian restaurant for dinner and transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2:

Post breakfast, proceed to SEA LiFE London Aquarium.

  • Coral Kingdom – Dive into a dazzling underwater oasis and wave your fins at the UK’s largest living Coral reef

After lunch, experience the London Eye & Thames River cruise covering places such as Big Ben, Palace of Westminster, St Paul’s Cathedral, Tower of London & HMS Belfast.

Later visit Hyde Park– the largest of the parks and green spaces that form a chain from Kensington Palace through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park via Hyde Park Corner and Green Park, past Buckingham Palace to St James’s Park, to spend time at leisure and engage in group activities.

Dinner at an Indian restaurant and overnight stay.

Day 3:

After breakfast, proceed for a full day visit to the Royal Museums Greenwich– a world heritage site.

Uncover tales of life on board, steer Cutty Sark from Sydney to London and learn how the ship set sail through hands-on exhibits. Historic photographs, films and interactive ship plans help bring the famous tea clipper’s story to life.
  • Using cutting-edge digital projection, the show takes visitors on journeys through the solar system, distant galaxies and beyond, covering topics like black holes, the Big Bang and the night sky.

Next, proceed for dinner at Jimmy’s The O2 World Buffet – Enjoy more than 100 dishes across different cuisines.

Day 4:

Post breakfast, proceed to Buckingham Palace & experience the Change of Guards Ceremony. (Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday)

After lunch at an Indian restaurant, proceed to visit Oxford university on a walking tour which covers New College College, Radcliffe Camera, Christ Church College, which appeared in Harry Potter, Bodleian Library, Balliol College, Trinity College, St John’s College, Exeter College Oxford, Hertford College, Hertford College, All Souls College and many more; Famous for its alumni, including Stephen Hawking & J.R.R. Tolkien.

Later visit Ashmolean MuseumBritain’s first public museum and the oldest university museum in the world having famous collections ranging from Egyptian mummies to contemporary art, telling human stories across cultures and across time.

Day 5:

Post breakfast, proceed to The Royal InstitutionL’Oréal Young Scientist Centre

What you get to see!

  • 4 hours Magnets and Motors Workshop
  • Become a scientist for the day, testing your own ideas by designing creative experiments. The whole experience ignites a passion for scientific discovery and encourages curiosity-driven learning.

Experience/Learnings:

  • Hands-on history of electromagnetism and how it led to the invention of the motor.
  • Workshop will improve students’ understanding of how magnetism and electricity are linked and the important electromagnetic principles which drive our modern world.
  • Following a practical reminder of basic magnetic principles, students watch a demonstration of Faraday’s original electric motor and build their own battery-powered motor

Later, proceed to visit Premier League Team’s stadium tour, where students explore key areas such as the players’ dressing rooms, tunnel, pitchside, & the dugout, as well as the press conference room & director’s box.

Later proceed for dinner at an Indian restaurant & overnight stay

Day 6:

Post breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to Heathrow International Airport, London to board a flight back home!
