Arrive at Cairo international airport in the morning. Transfer to the hotel and check in. Lunch at the hotel.
Post Lunch, proceed for the culinary workshop.
Dinner at the hotel.

Day 2 of Hospitality Study Tour

Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit The Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx
Post Lunch, Visit the Saqqara & visit Egyptian Museum (optional)
1. The pyramids of Giza -The Great Pyramid of Giza (also known as
the Pyramid of Khufu or the Pyramid of Cheops) is the oldest and largest

of the three pyramids in the Giza pyramid complex bordering present-
day El Giza, Egypt. It is the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient

World, and the only one to remain largely intact.
2. Saqqara -The huge cemetery of ancient Memphis, was an active burial
ground for more than 3500 years and is Egypt’s largest archaeological
site. The necropolis is situated high above the Nile Valley’s cultivation
area and is the final resting place for deceased pharaohs and their
families, administrators, generals, and sacred animals. The name Saqqara
is most likely derived from Sokar, the Memphite god of the dead.

Day 3 of Hospitality Study Tour

Breakfast at the hotel.
Proceed for an Industry visit
Industry Visit program agenda –
Arrival and greeting: Guests are greeted and refreshments are served
(10 minutes)
Presentation: Visitors are given an overview of the different stages of
production and invited to ask questions
(20 minutes)
Factory tour: Visitors are guided through the production facility; stopping at
the different stages of production where they are given an explanation of why
and how each step is carried out
(30 minutes)
Q&A session: Visitors are given the opportunity to provide their feedback and
ask any remaining questions that they may have
(15 minutes)
Group photos & giveaways: A group photo is taken to commemorate the tour
experience, and small souvenirs and Juhayana products are handed out along
with a certificate of attendance
(15 minutes)
Post Lunch, visit 2nd industry
In the evening, visit Khan el-Khalili for shopping.
Dinner at the hotel.
Overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 4 of Hospitality Study Tour

Breakfast at the hotel.
Board the bus to Alexandria. Reach Alexandria in the Morning.
Visit the Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa.
Later, visit Kom AL Dikka- Roman Amphitheatre, Photostop at Qaitbey’s
Citadel, Modern Alexandria Library, Abu Al-Abbas Al-Mursi Mosque,

1. Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa– It’s the largest known Roman burial site
in Egypt, with three tiers of tombs that could accommodate up to 300
corpses. The cemetery originally was dug to be a private cemetery for
one family, then it was converted to be a public cemetery the
architecture of the tombs mirrors Greco-Roman styles. People are buried
here in sarcophagi, on shelves, and in urns of ashes after cremation.
2. Kom AL Dikka – The Roman Amphitheatre which is Located in the heart
of Alexandria, Kom el-Dikka is an extensive Roman theatrical and
residential complex. It includes the only known Roman amphitheater in
Egypt, an impressively well-preserved structure composed of thirteen
terraces. This was constructed in the traditional Greek style.
3. Qaitbey’s Citadel– It is considered one of the most important defensive
strongholds, not only in Egypt but also along the Mediterranean Sea
coast. It formulated an important part of the fortification system of
Alexandria in the 15th century A.D. The Citadel is situated at the entrance
of the eastern harbor on the eastern point of the Pharos Island. It was
erected on the exact site of the famous Lighthouse of Alexandria, which
was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
4. Modern Alexandria Library-The Old library was very famous all over the
world for its huge books capacity of different sciences and literature. It
was damaged several times during the Greco Roman period until it
vanished. The beginning of reconstruct the library started at the late 80s
of the last century. The special shape of the modern library of Alexandria
is considered a special architectural germ. The library the history of the
library and the city of Alexandria and the Egyptian history as a whole, The
cultures of the Arab world, Africa, and the Mediterranean countries, and

5. Abu Al-Abbas Al-Mursi – Alexandria’s largest mosque; with a cream-
colored façade, four great domes, arabesque designs, and a high minaret.

It is located in the Anfoushi neighborhood of Alexandria, near the Citadel
ofQaitbay.
Board bus to return to Cairo.
Dinner at the hotel
Overnight stay in Cairo.

Early breakfast and check out from the hotel.
Drive through the Al Azhar Mosque.
Board the bus to Cairo International airport.
