Day 1 of Hospitality Study Tour

Upon arrival board coach and proceed towards Industry Visit for a 2 hour long complete guided tour of the facility understanding how the beer is brewed from the grain. Opportunity for beer tasting along with a local snack!

Later head towards the hotel and check in.

Proceed towards Munich Residenz the former royal palace of the Wittelsbach monarchs of Bavaria and the largest city palace in Germany.

Evening at Hofbrauhaus- World’s most famous Tavern, where guests can enjoy genuine, Bavarian cuisine & music tradition, everyday all year round.
Overnight.

Day 2 of Hospitality Study Tour

After B/F head towards Industry Visit, Munich City for a session on hotel management based subjects.

Later head towards Allianz Arena- home to the famous football team Bayern Munich & widely known for its exterior of inflated ETFE plastic panels, it is the first stadium in the world with full colour changing exterior.

Post lunch, half-day city tour where we explore the Bavarian architecture and the historical landmarks such as Nymphenburg Castle, Rathaus Glockenspiel, Englischer Garten and evening at Marienplatz

Day 3 of Hospitality Study Tour

Post early B/F check out and proceed towards Lucerne/Zurich by bus/train.

Upon arrival in the city, check in to the hotel and post lunch head towards Industry Visit one of the best culinary schools of Switzerland for a campus visit and idea exchange.

Next head towards the most famous monument of Lucerne, the Lion Monument a rock relief commemorating the Swiss Guards who were massacred in 1792 during the French Revolution!

Later visit the Chapel Bridge the oldest wooden covered bridge in Europe and the world’s oldest surviving truss bridge.
Dinner and overnight.

Day 4 of Hospitality Study Tour

Post early B/F traverse through the dwindling road and reach Engelberg Talstation Titlis to hop on a cable car to Mt. Titlis on an adventurous and fun filled day excursion.
Later by evening head back to the hotel.

Day 5 of Hospitality Study Tour

After B/F early check out and proceed towards Campus Visit and Thought Exchange.
Check in to the hotel and later head towards Chocolate Factory- Organic Chocolate for a hands-on experience of Swiss Chocolate tasting, making and moulding.

Evening at leisure.
Overnight

Day 6 of Hospitality Study Tour

Post early B/F check out and proceed towards Lausanne
Upon arrival, drop bags at the hotel and proceed towards a cycle tour of the city.
Experience Milano like never before!

Visit the iconic monuments of Milan such as Milan Cathedral, Sforza Castle, Teatro alla Scala, Porta Sempione and many more at leisure and at your pace. Click pictures and spend time at the monument and feel being part of the city!

By late noon, check-in and relax.

Spend the evening at leisure.

Day 7 of Hospitality Study Tour

Post B/F visit a huge dairy where the students will witness the entire production process of the famous Italian cheeses & also a chance to taste them! This cheese is considered as “King of Cheeses!”

Arrive late noon.

Post B/F check out and head towards Bologna by train!

Upon arrival in Bologna visit Fountain of Neptune, San Petronio Basilica, Santa Maria Della Vita, The Archaeological Civic Museum, etc. in this city of Bologna!

Evening at leisure.

Post B/F check out and head towards Bologna International Airport to head back home!
